I have never personally met Edith or Ben at Rugland. I only know them because I took a
chance and purchased one of their rugs online. I too had reservations because of the nature
of the transaction (online) and not having the opportunity to view / walk on the rug prior to
purchase. Edith and Ben made these "problems" less an issue.
To be honest, I was slightly concerned for another reason, the cost of the rug seemed "too
reasonable." I recall telling Ben...how could this be? He reassured me of the rug's quality.
My trust was left to Ben and Edith carefully explaining every single little detail about the rug
and its characterisitics...and their return policy.
Needless to say, they were quite reassuring and credible over the phone. After several
emails, a lot of thinking, phone calls, as well as measuring and remeasuring the hallway in my
house, I decided to purchase the rug.
The rug was shipped safely and securely to my house last Fall. I absolutely love the rug and
marvel at the whole story how I acquired it whenever I walk on it! My friends ask about it and I
tell them the same story I am telling you.
If I ever move to a larger home, I will contact them first about new rugs.
